Vortex
A photograph taken directly up in Antelop Canyon North of a vortex created by fast flowing and spiraling debris that pushed through this space during flash floods. NOTE: No major edits were made to this photo in post. The biggest thing I had to do was remove dust particles in post that I didn't see on the lens prior to taking the shot. While this is painstakingly time consuming, it doesn't alter the result away from what was obvserved at the time of the photograph.

Light Waterfall
Light beemed down a narrow shaft and cascaded off small outcroppings creating the feeling of a waterfall of light. No, I didn't throw dust in the air. NOTE: I increased the exposure in post by one stop as I had underexposed the image at the time.

Rose Wave Crest
The Navajo sandstone of Anelope Canyon is turned a rose color as light is reflected and refracted off other pieces of stone in a narrow opening. NOTE: I did lighten the shadow / dark areas of the photograph in post by about 50% of their luminosity to more acurately reflect the tones as viewed when I took the photograph. I also decreased the overall exposure by one half stop as I had overexposed the image by that much atthe time of exposure.
